Custom made dessert and cheese boxes
We were very proud to be invited once again by Delaware North and Tennis Australia to join the line-up of Melbourne's best restaurateurs and chefs to cater for the Australian Open.
This year's event was slightly different compared to previous years due to COVID-19 restrictions, hence we were asked to offer an alternative option to plated desserts.
In response our team has come up with a dessert box idea to showcase a selection of our house made petit fours that corporate guests could safely enjoy attending the tournament.
Our custom made boxes decorated with Australian native plants and birds were a beautiful way to present dessert creations using locally sourced ingredients. Petit fours included in our dessert boxes were:
- Yuzu and orange mousse with flourless almond sponge
- Wattle seed pavlova with strawberries and passionfruit
- Chocolates mousse with Dulce de Lecce
- Black forest lamingtons
- Lemon myrtle iced parfait with salted caramel fudge
- Raspberries and cream macaron sandwich
- Double baked chocolate café tart with mascarpone cream
